PPWSL is useful to lure swallows to enter new building/house and make swallows to feel at home, which it makes them to stay in the building.
PPWSL is very effective to use to accelerate distribution of swallows throughout the empty room and it is also useful to make the swallows to have faster nesting process in the place which the floor was sprinkled with PPWSL.
